Overview

On‑site engineer installing, repairing, and maintaining analytical lab instruments (GC, LC, MS, etc.)

Tasks

-Identify business opportunities -Participate in the growth of the region and company -Maintain relationship with customer -Train customers and other service representatives on maintenance tasks -Perform a variety of tasks in relation to FSG objectives -Perform installation, repair, PM and IQ/OQ/PQ services on analytical instruments(e.g., Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu) at in-house customer location -Complete service report on each service ticket completion -Diagnose and troubleshoot operational problems on the following lab equipment (and/or equipment of similar complexity):

What You Bring

-MS office skills required -LC MS -Ability to train others -Knowledge of lab practices, standard concepts, and test procedures for analytical instruments -Related peripherals, e.g., headspace & autosampler -Bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent lab experience -GC MS -Ability to lift 50 pounds, -Service experience and knowledge of GC, HPLC, Purge & Trap, TOC, GC/MS & LC/MS required -A valid Driver’s License in good standing is mandatory
