Tasks

-Develop relationships with customers to negotiate and drive commercial success. -Support continuous improvement in finance processes and operational excellence. -Take ownership of the business P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and maximising cash flow. -Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic insights and drive profitability improvements. -Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial records and fostering transparency for audits.

What You Bring

-Expertise in financial controlling, management, and process improvement. -Advanced Excel skills; experience in SAP and Power BI is a plus. -Industry knowledge in construction, services, or related fields. -Outstanding communication, analytical, and leadership skills. -A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA) with 7+ years of experience.
