Tasks

Be the key driver to ensure that REC deliver world class leading top quality product through well controlled process and manufacturing flow, from material supplies to product deliveries. -Candidate will need to work with external suppliers to bring in new materials or integrate new processes into the current cell processing line. Candidate will also work on continuous improvement projects to improve the cell efficiency and cost of a solar cell. -Establish investment proposals and projects in order to utilize best available practice and competence. -Support production line issues with appropriate and permanent corrective solution, as and when necessary. -Support managements’ directives and projects as and when needed. -In plant expansion phase, work closely with process/equipment/technology and contribute to establish good product quality and specification. -Be key driver to ensure improvement, qualification and implementation of new processes/products including changes and/or new product introduction, are in-line with the overall production performance enhancement targets. -Candidate working in Cell PD is responsible for development new cell processes or optimize existing processes in Solar Cell Manufacturing.

What You Bring

-5 years or more working experiences -Knowledge in product design environment -Able to mentor junior cell PD engineers and be a role model for them. -Must be able to work independently and knowledgeable in project management -Strong knowledge of semiconductor or PV -Good presentation and communication skill -Candidate with semiconductor or solar cell background would have an added advantage. -Knowledge of interpreting design intent for DFM and DF -Degree in engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, material science or related discipline -Possessed very good ability in project management, providing key milestone, timeline and execution, overseeing the completion of project on time. -Knowledge in Prototype PV Module design functionalities that ensure good quality and manufacturability would be an advantages
