Tasks

-Serving as theprimary liaisonbetween the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors -Advising boards and committees oncapital improvements, maintenance planning, and community operations to ensure long-term success -Traveling to client sites to attend board meetings, perform community inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and support events, as needed -Preparing and distributing annual disclosure packages, financial statements, and meeting notices in compliance with state regulations and governing documents -Reviewing and summarizing monthly financials for the Board of Directors

What You Bring

-Experience managing an HOA portfolio or working as an onsite community manager -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines -CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation -Strong written communication skills, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling -Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve conflicts -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Familiarity with HOA operations, board governance, and vendor coordination -Completion of the M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management course through CAI -Professional and clear communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions -Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in team settings -Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or a related industry
