-Prepare reports, calculations, and deliverables that meet technical standards -Research and apply state and local design codes and ordinances for compliance -Coordinate with cross-functional teams, providing project-specific design criteria as needed -Review personal work for accuracy and contribute to team quality control reviews -Perform basic engineering calculations to support design decisions -Collaborate with senior engineers to gain exposure to project coordination and technical challenges -Assist in creating and revising basic design drawings with guidance -Contribute to renewable energy projects that make an impact

What You Bring

-Strong communication and teamwork skills -Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software (preferred) -Point-Based Recognition -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with MathCAD or similar tools is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field -Learn to apply engineering principles to site designs and critical problem-solving -Basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) -0–2 years of experience in electrical design or related engineering discipline -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations, drawings, and reports -Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn new engineering concepts
