Lead and manage Placemaking studio, overseeing projects, budgets, and staff.

Tasks
-Manage Studio budget and track performance of project teams against approved business plan; initiate corrective action as required to achieve targets for profitability, billings, and collections. -Develops annual revenue targets, capacity budgets, and business plans in consultation with the Business Unit Director and Practice Group Managers. -Interface with GOPS (including BPO, DtR, MEPC, and Quality) to drive continuous improvement. -Facilitate cross-Studio collaboration -Manage the Studio with accountability for client solutions resource utilization, project delivery, quality, and profitability. Conduct weekly staff meetings. -Drive (local) office marketing activities, review all proposals, and contracts to ensure consistency with country’s approved business plan with adherence to the Arcadis professional standards and policies. -Mentor and coach team members and future leaders -Develop and coach Studio members to achieve high performance, growth, and personal development. -Make recommendations on the recruitment, hiring, discipline, and staff reductions in consultation with senior colleagues. -Develop, implement, and execute innovation and effective solutions for projects (working in collaboration with the Growth team)

What You Bring
-Significant experience on large-scale/highly complex projects -Experience managing business relationships at executive level, -Substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Engineering/Infrastructure consultancy, -Deep expertise in a key service line and sector, -Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions, -Professional Planner, Registered Architect, Landscape Architect, or equivalent preferred, -Competent in leading large complex full-service projects with long-term solutioning and ongoing client relationships. -Experience managing teams across geographies, -Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution,
