Tasks

-Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately. -Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. -Carrying out on-site operation and maintenance support on a range of industrial utilities such as: Refrigeration, LPHW, Steam, Chilled Water, AHUs, LTHW, Compressed Air, CO2, Nitrogen, CIP system, Sprinkler system, Fire Alarm system, Lifting equipment etc. -Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the customer within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. -Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. -Monitoring and maintaining accurate maintenance records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

What You Bring

-Full clean driving licence -Clear communicator and effective team player. -Good focus on detail, with a safety-first approach. -Solid understanding of facilities management practices (desirable but not essential). -BOAS Trained (desirable but not essential). -Time served as an apprenticeship or equivalent training in an Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC bias with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and a background in facilities or maintenance. -Health and safety awareness e.g IOSH qualifications.
