The Role
Overview
Manage HVAC major project accounts, drive sales and client relationships in Saudi Arabia.

Tasks
-Participate in the weekly / monthly sales review meetings. -Gather market insights and generate new leads. -Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. -Review in detail the technical proposals. -Developing and promoting new customer contact leads. -Follow up the complete delivery cycle. -To support the business strategy, you will be Conducting the business development activities for the account management teams on different customer segments. -Coordination with the factories on the equipment and arranging the deliveries. -Negotiate the pricing and the payments terms with the customers. -Follow up the quotation status with the customers, understand the project requirements and pitch in the right solution with the support of application engineer. -Close coordination with the factories on the required pricing and support. -Review the final technical submittals, contracts. -Payment follow-up with the customers. -Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs. -Meeting the forecast and the goals set for the sales and order. -Develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer's needs and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process. -Working with the team on major projects. -Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts

What You Bring
-Fluent in both English & Arabic in written and verbal communications -Demonstrates a high level of planning & organization skills on a daily basis. -Customer focused style, demonstrating success through a 'Voice of the Customer approach. -Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market. -5 – 10 years of experience in the HVAC business or related fields with a focus on Major Projects -Self-aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on customers, peers, and other internal and external contacts.
