Tasks

-Full array of surveying and mapping services using the most current national, state, local and ALTA/ACSM standards. -Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying activities. -Operate Robotic, conventional, and GPS survey equipment to measure topographic features and boundary evidence accurately and efficiently in support of land development, route, utility, and other land surveying projects. -Assist the Party Chief in conducting land development, boundary, design, topographic, and ALTA surveys. -Follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.

What You Bring

-Possess a meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to promote accuracy. There is very minimal room for error in this position. -Travel generally is up to 50%. -2+ years of experience as an Instrument operator performing land development, boundary, design, topographic, and ALTA surveys is preferred, but not required. -Highly qualified staff with land surveying and remote-sensing experience. -Must be flexible, dependable, responsible and disciplined to be a positive representative for Halff and remain punctual on a consistent basis. -Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time. -Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication. -Scan-to-BIM/terrestrial lidar -Ability to pass a drug and background screen. -Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, including heat and cold. -Be dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance. -Must have a valid Driver's License. -Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
