Lead creation and delivery of technical training for structures & civils engineers.

Tasks
-Develop induction modules, mid-career refreshers, and specialist playbooks -Development of engineering playbooks / handbooks -Contribute to strategic training roadmaps and professional body engagement -Maintain training records and materials -Support project teams nationwide with technical onboarding and compliance culture -Review and enhance existing documentation, systems, and assurance processes -Lead the creation and delivery of technical training and guidance for Structures & Civils engineers -Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Technical Leads, and industry experts to shape content
