- Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations
- Lead the development of roadway geometric design tasks, including alignments, profiles, and other roadway geometric elements
- Lead the development of plans, design reports, design calculations and construction cost estimates.
- Work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- FDOT design experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with MicroStation and familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3d
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
