Tasks

-Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget -Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and Customer representatives to ensure proper operations (Upstream Oil and Gas) -Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed with respect to Drilling Operations -Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the team’s internal capacity -Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for Wells Drilling & Testing deliverables -Oversee invoicing and time writing activities for team size of 100-200 members.

-Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications -Strong skills in resource management and remote operations oversight -Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer work delivery. -Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes -12-14 years of proven success in an operations management for Wells management role -Engineering Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Petroleum Engineering) is preferred.
