Perform routine facility maintenance and minor repairs in a parking garage.

Tasks

-Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. -Service, clean, and supply restrooms -Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures -Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees -Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas -Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems -Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities -Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks -Complete minor repairs including plumbing, lighting, painting, and surface fixes -Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment -Clean and maintain buildings/facilities -Gather and empty trash

Requirements

• high school
• driver's license
• age 18
• hvac certification
• 3 years

What You Bring

-High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required -Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license -Must be 18 years of age or older -Possession of refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred -Three (3) years of HVAC experience is preferred
