Finance Administrator

Overview

Provide admin support for finance, handling invoices, timesheets, and reporting.

Tasks

-Maintain/update supplier details as and when required, ensuring vendor details remain current. -Prepare month-end and accruals. -Provide general administrative support as and when required such arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes. -Perform all duties in accordance with Alliance policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures -Ensure expenses, invoices and timesheets are processed in a timely manner. -Review, sort and prepare invoices for processing before payment, including validation that the invoice details are in line ATO requirements.

-1–3 years’ admin experience in construction or infrastructure. -Proactive, dependable, and works well independently. -Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data entry. -Clear communicator with strong team collaboration skills. -Basic understanding of site operations and cost coding. -Detail-oriented with accurate financial and recordkeeping skills. -Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
