Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Observe Preinstall and Pull Meetings -Help to ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures -Interact with trade partners and vendors regarding technical and contractual matters -Observe Owner/Architect/Contractor Meetings -Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, document control (submittals, RFIs, and change orders), and progress reporting -Gain a general overview of our Scheduling, VDC, Accounting, Marketing, Business Development, Preconstruction and Estimating processes

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Office -Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing -Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related field/construction management program -Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
