Lead planning team, manage applications, advise land purchases for residential developer.

Tasks

Inform the business of any planning related risks and opportunities on new and existing projects. Provide up to date, relevant advice to the land team to help aid land buying decisions. Help to lead the existing team of town planners to ensure they are productive and are working efficiently. Lead the management of current and future planning applications. The role will involve working with the Land and Development team, managing and running planning applications for new developments, whilst providing planning advice and guidance to the business to aid new land purchases. Appoint and manage a range of external consultants including external planning consultancies.

What You Bring

Ideally, you will have gained experience of managing large, complex residential led planning applications for a developer, planning consultancy or public sector body. MRTPI qualification and a planning related degree is preferable experience for the role.
