Tasks

 Engage directly with retail CxOs and technology leaders to shape transformation programs.  Define and execute the technology vision for the Retail practice, aligned with business growth  Anticipate industry trends (AI in retail, hyper-personalization, edge/IoT in stores, digital twins,  Drive accelerators, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures to speed up solution delivery.  Collaborate with business leaders to shape offerings across omnichannel commerce, merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and customer engagement.  Influence pre-sales, solutioning, and go-to-market initiatives with strong technical credibility.  Build, grow, and mentor high-performing engineering teams across cloud, data, platforms, and  Translate client pain points into differentiated, engineering-led solutions.  Build strong partnerships with hyperscalers, retail tech ISVs, startups, and academia to bring  Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and customer-first engineering.  Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices (cloud-native, microservices, DevSecOps, API-  Drive collaboration between product managers, designers, data scientists, and business  Lead end-to-end engineering for retail platforms, products, and solutions — from architecture strategy and execution in the rapidly evolving retail landscape. What You Bring

Shopify, etc.) and modern data/AI platforms.  15 to 20 years of engineering and technology leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in  Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.  Hands on Architecting Capability  Strong knowledge of customer data privacy, omnichannel architectures, and integration  Proven success in delivering large-scale retail transformation initiatives (commerce platforms, personalization, computer vision, IoT-enabled smart stores, AR/VR shopping, and autonomous metaverse retail, ESG in retail) and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.  Consulting Experience (working from a IT service provider consulting as a thought leader for Global CIO's in the specific industry (Retail) Note: This position is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship at this time. *Please Don't apply more than 20years of experience candidates  Expertise in retail technology ecosystems (Salesforce Commerce, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder,  Strong understanding of Retail Domain Data Models and Data Domains (Data products) for -Retail candidates should have exposure to merchandising functions and relevant data ecosystem experience. -Must have skills - Data Architecture / Data Strategy, Data Mesh & Data Fabric (conceptual + implementation).
