Tasks

-Navigate residential areas with care—watch for cars, pedestrians, and homes -Maintain equipment and trucks to company standards -Safely operate equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and haul snow off-site -Park equipment and trucks with precision (yes, that includes backing in!) -Complete pre-trip inspections and route paperwork -Respond to call-ins during snow events

What You Bring

-Proven experience operating any of the listed equipment -Skid Steers -Ability to pass a practical test of equipment operation/driving -Valid Class 5F Driver’s License (required) -Communicate clearly and ask questions when needed -Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious -Perform quality work with great attention to detail -Strong team player with solid communication skills -Class 3A License (a big plus!)
