Tasks

-Monitor and report on program progress, including forecasting, capacity planning, and close-out tracking. -Plan, prioritize, and manage all works within the Jemena Works Program, ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets. -Ensure data quality and compliance by reviewing work files, managing resources, and providing accurate, ongoing reporting. -Maintain effective communication through regular meetings and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and timely delivery. -Optimize work programs by recommending changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize customer interruptions. -Coordinate and facilitate work file completion and scheduling between project managers, planners, and operational teams.

What You Bring

-Sound experience in using computerized management systems (eg: SAP) as well as Microsoft Excel -Demonstrated success in the delivery of customer service and project management. -Experience in electricity distribution -Understanding of budgeting processes -Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at different levels -Understanding of Power BI reporting (desired but not essential)
