Tasks

This role will see you take ownership across the full project lifecycle - from feasibility and design through to delivery and settlement - while working alongside a highly respected leadership team. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to city-shaping projects that make a tangible difference to communities and end users. -Oversee consultant teams including planners, architects, and engineers. -Drive project performance, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved. -Liaise with key internal stakeholders across construction, sales, and marketing. -Manage the full development process from acquisition through delivery. -Conduct feasibility assessments and financial analysis.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Manager to join a leading, privately owned property group with a strong reputation for delivering landmark residential and mixed-use developments across Melbourne. -Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or a related discipline. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups. -Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills. -Collaborative and proactive communication style. -5+ years’ experience in property development (residential or mixed-use).
