Tasks

-Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals related to MEP works. -Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. -Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives. -Prepare periodic reports on project progress, quality, and risks, and provide necessary recommendations. -Oversee the execution of the data center project, ensuring alignment with the scope of work, schedule, and budget. -Monitor the implementation of MEP systems on-site, including review of works, quality control, and safety compliance.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with MEP engineering background to lead the supervision of data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing complex building systems and contractor coordination. -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering or a related field. -Familiarity with international standards and best practices for data center construction. -Strong experience in supervision and contractor coordination. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -PMP or similar certification is an advantage. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3–5 years specifically in data center projects. -Proficiency in project management tools and software. -In-depth understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure requirements for mission-critical environments.
