Tasks

-Safety Compliance: Follow all company and MSHA safety rules, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions immediately. -Plant Assistance: Support plant operations by monitoring conveyors, chutes, and screens to ensure smooth material flow. -Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and equipment operators to complete daily production and maintenance tasks efficiently. -Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by shoveling, sweeping, and removing debris around plant and quarry areas. -Attention to Detail: Observes surroundings carefully and identifies potential safety or equipment issues promptly. -Manual Labor Tasks: Perform physical work such as lifting, digging, and using hand or power tools as needed. -Equipment Support: Help operators with basic maintenance, lubrication, and inspection of quarry equipment. -Material Handling: Assist with moving, loading, and unloading raw materials and finished products as directed.

Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Adaptability: Flexible to handle changing tasks, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Team Player: Works well with others, communicates effectively, and supports crew and equipment operators as needed. -Education: High school diploma or equivalent -Strong Work Ethic: Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take on physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions. -Safety Commitment: Understands and follows all safety rules, PPE requirements, and quarry regulations. -Required Work Experience: Experience working in an outdoor environment.
