Tasks

Job Summary: The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for the daily support of the sales team to minimize administrative work and to streamline the sales process. This position supports key elements of sales operations such as employee onboarding, fleet administration, and maintaining territory and employee data. -Developing a detailed working knowledge of all team projects and priorities -Working with IKO Events team to coordinate attendee lists and needed deliverables -Helping to administer the US Fleet program -Assisting in the onboarding process for new sales employees -Maintaining territory and employee data -Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

What You Bring

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; -Minimum 2 years of previous experience in sales or office administration -Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred -2 years CRM (SalesForce.com) preferred -Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
