Tasks

Lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and safety while mentoring project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. -Champion use of project management technology -Supervise all project phases and mentor project teams -Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships -Manage project schedules, procurement, and milestones -Ensure QA/QC compliance and promote safety culture -Oversee risk, contracts, and change orders -Support preconstruction, value engineering, and cost management

💪 Experience: 7–20 years in commercial or healthcare construction -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -7–20 years’ experience in healthcare or commercial construction -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling, and project management software -Knowledge of construction methods, risk management, and cost control
