Overview

Lead field technicians and engineers to deliver NBN projects in Cairns, QLD.

Tasks

-Manage work progress across multiple sites in coordination with project staff to meet client expectations within time, budget, safety, environmental, and quality requirements -Provide daily supervision to ensure technicians have the right tools, testing equipment, materials, and skills to complete tasks -Liaise with the Area Manager and field workforce to resolve customer complaints promptly -Assist field technicians and coach them to improve performance, quality, and customer experience
