Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair boiler, HVAC, and building systems in an industrial facility.

Tasks

-Install and repair plumbing, piping, electrical controls, pumps, and motors -Perform preventive maintenance on base building and critical system equipment -Monitor refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, and emergency generator equipment -Provide on-call emergency response support -Operate and maintain Cleaver Brooks natural gas-fired boilers and steam systems -Identify and respond to critical alarms, document maintenance activities -Analyze water samples and manage steam/water treatment systems
