It’s fast-paced, team-based, and all about great communication and problem-solving. -Helping with contract renewals and admin tasks -Logging and tracking cases to hit service targets -Supporting internal teams and building solid relationships -Keeping on top of deadlines while staying cool under pressure -Managing client and supplier queries by phone and email
