Tasks

You will play a critical role in leading and delivering our contractual obligations for key clients. You’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and compliance, to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. -Preparing and presenting monthly reports on project progress and performance. -Conducting field audits to ensuring works meet contractual and Service Stream standards. -Identifying and implementing corrective actions for performance deviations and managing variations under contract. -Managing client relationships, including handling documentation, invoicing, and follow-up on payments. -Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations. -Leading project teams, including subcontractors, to deliver works in line with contractual requirements. -Monitoring workforce productivity and ensuring plant and equipment are fully utilised and maintained. -Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer completion dates.
