Deliver training on affordable housing software and support client go-live implementations.

Tasks

-Support go-live training efforts by coordinating schedules and working closely with internal teams and clients. -Present engaging workshops and presentations at company conferences and events. -Deliver product and software training using a variety of instructional formats, including virtual and in-person platforms. -Develop and execute training plans that cover product features, navigation, and troubleshooting techniques. -Apply in-depth knowledge of the Affordable Housing industry and ensure effective instruction.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills -Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities -Three (3) to five (5) years of training or educational experience in Affordable Housing -Proven ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others -Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills -Strong knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods -Two (2) years relevant industry, field, or software experience -Ability to engage and transfer knowledge with lasting results -Yardi domain experience -Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, computer engineering or a related area or and equivalent combination of education and experience -Demonstrated client-centered commitment and focus, with the ability to build rapport
