Tasks

As our Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you’ll be the conductor of the orchestra — aligning field teams, clients, engineers, and vendors to deliver mechanical systems that perform flawlessly. You’ll own the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, with a sharp eye on budget, schedule, and quality. -📈 Track project performance and report progress to stakeholders -🛠 Lead mechanical scopes for commercial and industrial construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping) -🧩 Coordinate field operations, procurement, and subcontractor activities -🤝 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams -📊 Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts -🧠 Interpret mechanical drawings and specs, ensuring constructability and compliance -📋 Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards -🔍 Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions

What You Bring
