Provide admin support for site operations, handling docs, meetings, travel, etc.

Tasks

-Conscientiously delivers for customers, planning ahead and prioritising own workload. -Respond to email and telephone queries from employees in order to assist them with issues relating to forms and procedures. Refer any complex queries to more experienced members of the team. -Deal with external callers and visitors. -Organise meetings. -Liaise with management and other departments as necessary. -Assist where required in any other administrative function for the project/office, for example Health & Safety. -Manage travel arrangements and hotel bookings. -Organise and prioritise own workload to provide effective planned support for the project/office. -Issue staff and temporary passes. -Complete any additional ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as requested. -Carry out secretarial tasks as required and directed by the management team.
