Tasks
-Supporting the insights on customer shopping trends with evidence/data to support further implementation of e-commerce strategies with higher effectiveness and to increase the e-commerce customer base. -Assisting in driving the sales performance of specific e-commerce platforms. -Collaborate closely with business users and development team to establish clear developments plan and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment. -Work together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases.

What You Bring
-SAP/Salesforce experience is preferred -BS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business. -3+ years Ecommerce experience is preferred -Process knowledge in the area of inquiry, quotation, order, and post sales service. -3+ years experience in quotation, application, project management, or product development
