The Role
Overview
Handle customer orders, inquiries, and support via phone/email using ERP and Salesforce.

Tasks
-Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records -Communicate effectively with customers related to order status and coordinate with production regarding backordered items -Review and retrieve documentation for credit department as needed -Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and provide solutions -Utilize the use of SalesForce to manage customer issues -Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, pick-ups, complaints, and problems -Enter customer orders received by email and phone into ERP system -While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of time -Execute Daily and Business fundamentals -Issue credits for pallet/product returns when applicable -Communicate with sales, finance and operation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled -Verify product load and quantities match purchase order -Answer high volume of incoming calls and emails in a timely manner

What You Bring
-Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the customer service process -Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred -High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience -Detail oriented, good organizational and problem-solving skills -Infor M3 and Salesforce experience preferred -Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions -Ability to multi-task, answer phones and enter orders -Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes,” and protective glasses -Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook)
