The Role
Overview
Lead PMO governance, reporting and analytics for integrated facilities management programs.

Tasks
-Coordinate with service delivery teams, and clients to ensure compliance with PMO standards and processes. -Collaborate with data analytics and digital teams to automate reporting through BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). -Track and manage program milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple service lines (hard, soft, and workplace services). -Maintain documentation and lessons learned repositories -Lead standardisation of reporting formats and tools across all regions/sites. -Identify process improvement opportunities. -Support transition and transformation initiatives under the IFM program. -Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). -Establish and maintain governance frameworks, program dashboards, and reporting protocols for IFM operations. -Support program reviews, steering committees, and client governance meetings with robust reporting and analysis. -Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and key operational metrics; analyse trends and provide actionable insights.

What You Bring
-Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines -Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable -Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous -Solid understanding of IFM operations, service lines, and industry-standard KPIs/SLA frameworks. -Proactive, collaborative, and process-oriented mindset -Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Work and Excel essential -High attention to detail and organizational discipline -Proven experience in performance management, data analytics, or business intelligence within an IFM, facilities management, or corporate services environment. -Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable
