-Mechanical knowledge/qualification -Legionella Awareness -Knowledge and use of computer software - Microsoft Office, Building Management System, -City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations -Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services. -Previous experience of working within a team -Appointed Person General Works Permits -Risk Assessment Guidance Training -COSHH Awareness -IPAF & PASMA Trained -Sound level of administration and organisational skills -Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace -Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent -Resides geographically near to job site and available for call out -PAT Testing
