Tasks

-Adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance regulations, including HIPAA. -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. -Maintain professional standards in attendance, conduct, and dress code. -Respond to customer inquiries and resolve medication-related questions. -Accurately enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system.

What You Bring

-Proficient in alpha-numeric data entry and basic math. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy technician (long-term care experience preferred). -Ability to communicate effectively in English. -Ability to read and interpret prescription information accurately. -Framework experience is required. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Familiarity with brand/generic medications and SIG codes. -Active pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state regulations. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
