Tasks

Provides comprehensive support by conducting detailed research, analysis, and reporting on various real estate projects and investments. -Help track the performance of real estate assets. -Help prepare initial drafts of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. -Prepare detailed investment memorandums, showcasing analytical insights and strategic recommendations. -Support in preparing basic reports and summaries on research findings to assist with strategic planning. -Assist in updating financial models for property investments. -Compile and organize information on competitive landscapes for review. -Assist in gathering data on real estate market trends and developments as directed. -Build and develop comprehensive financial models. -Provide administrative support for operational activities and process improvements. -Support the Director in operational tasks. -Provide support in maintaining property portfolios, including updating key performance indicators.

What You Bring

-Ability to support in updating financial models and analysis of real estate assets. -European experience gained in UK or Europe. -1-year minimum post professional qualification. -Strong research capabilities to assist in gathering and analyzing real estate market data. -A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field is required. -At least 5+ years of experience in a related field. -Proficient in data collection, organization, and maintaining data -Prepared to travel internationally to participate in client meetings and support in gathering and analyzing data. -Proficiency with Excel for financial modeling and data analysis, and with PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations. -Based in the UAE, UK/Europe, Asia, or Australia. -Professional qualifications such as ACA, RICS, CFA, or equivalent.
