Overview
Lead and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure operations and teams.

Tasks
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data protection and privacy. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, cybersecurity, software development, and business stakeholders—to ensure infrastructure aligns with company goals. -Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency. -Lead a team of infrastructure system admins, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. -Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in hybrid computing, recommending innovative solutions to enhance Hexagon’s capabilities. -Lead the maintenance and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. -Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for cloud and hardware providers. -Oversee day-to-day operations of hybrid compute platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. -Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and ongoing operations.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, etc.) are highly desirable. -Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). -Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools. -Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on hybrid or cloud environments. -At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and driving large-scale projects. -ITIL or relevant ITSM certifications. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. -Expertise in virtualization, storage, and security within hybrid environments. -Strong understanding of cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
