Tasks

-Assign and dispatch service providers to licensee locations, ensuring accurate details and expectations are communicated. -Serve as the first point of contact for licensees and vendors regarding maintenance updates and troubleshooting needs. -Participate in ongoing training and process updates to enhance knowledge of CMMS tools, maintenance workflows, and service protocols. -Assist in vendor onboarding and communication, ensuring all service providers understand program requirements. -Verify that all service information, communications, and outcomes are properly logged within the system. -Collaborate with management team to address escalated service concerns or specialized maintenance events. -Provide feedback on vendor performance, communication efficiency, and customer experience to leadership. -Support the implementation of process improvements that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. -Maintain professional and proactive communication with all stakeholders via phone, email, and CMMS updates. -Track progress of dispatched work to ensure timely completion, service quality, and accurate documentation -Contribute to data collection and reporting efforts by maintaining accurate, up-to-date service -Receive, document, and manage incoming maintenance requests from licensees through the CMMS system. -Support the Facilities Management team in maintaining consistency and compliance across all licensee locations. -Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service events align with client expectations and contract standards. -Monitor the status of open work orders, escalating overdue or high-priority requests to the appropriate team members. -Review daily and weekly service reports to identify aging work orders, performance trends, and resolution timelines. -Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance for food and beverage service equipment before dispatching service providers.

What You Bring

-High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred) -2+ years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or facilities management preferred. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. -Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve service issues proactively. -Experience using CMMS or work order management systems to process and track service requests (Salesforce a plus). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer applications. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
