Tasks

-Scope, plan, and provide technical support for all works as required. -Take responsibility for the safety of yourself, your team, and the public, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. -Ensure plant and equipment are compliant, in good working order, and fit for purpose. -Mentor and guide team members to uphold high standards of performance, safety, and quality. -Provide support in estimating works, ensuring accurate pricing and resource allocation. -Lead the technical management and execution of high-voltage substation works.

What You Bring

-Ability to organise and plan workloads to meet project timelines and goals -Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in the electricity industry -Proven technical experience in high-voltage substation environments -A current practising licence (as required) -A relevant trade qualification (Diploma or NZCE or equivalent) -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Strong communication skills (both verbal and written -A current NZ driver’s licence -Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and lead by example
