Tasks

-Responsible for maintaining quality of all products -Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met. -Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly. -Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator. -Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed -Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established -Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately

What You Bring

-Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred -Motor Vehicle Record Check -Fit for Duty Baseline Physical -1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred -Valid driver’s license is required. -Experience leading a team -MSHA certification preferred -DOT 5-Panel Drug Screen -2 or more years of experience on plan maintenance/preventive maintenance.
