Tasks

-Collaborate with Civil Works Alliance (CWA) planning teams and enforce planning standards. -Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and generate progress and performance reports. -Lead development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across fabrication and manufacturing scopes. -Monitor and report on project KPIs and earned value metrics for effective decision-making. -Coach team members on planning processes and project controls best practices. -Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery options. -Support and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and coding systems for accurate reporting. -Perform Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and include schedule contingencies. -Manage and deploy project controls for the Sub-Section, aligning with project goals and requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership in schedule management and related processes. -Solid knowledge of Project Management and Planning techniques. -Experience with CEMAR or similar contract management tools. -Ability to guide teams on Project Controls, Planning, and Scheduling tools. -Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM). -Knowledge of NEC contracts. -Familiar with interfacing planning with Cost and Change Control. -Formal Primavera P6 training. -Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and designers. -Security clearance as required. -Proven experience developing and maintaining project controls and schedules across multiple capital projects. -Experience communicating schedule updates to Senior Management in complex manufacturing projects. -Skilled in defining and improving planning approaches. -Experience integrating multiple schedules and managing Change and Risk systems.
