Tasks

Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Construction Coordinator to support our preconstruction and project startup processes. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between our teams, vendors, and clients. -Maintain COIs, project folders, and subcontractor documentation -Support certified payroll and LCP Tracker maintenance -Attend preconstruction and procurement meetings -Serve as a liaison between Owners and the Ragle/Select team -Coordinate preconstruction paperwork and TxDOT submissions -Prepare and distribute LOIs, POs, and Subcontracts
