Tasks

-Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actions -Exchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and procedures -Having standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actions -Co-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities -Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures of plant to ensure reliability, consistency and increased throughput on the production line -Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activities

What You Bring

-Have a Bachelors in STEM or business discipline or equivalent experience -Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams -Have very good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, leadership report out and trainings. -Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact -Have good analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skills -Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously -Have proven experience in manufacturing operations -Have Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum
