Partner with President to drive growth, strategy, recruiting, and executive support.

Tasks

-Plan and execute internal events, conferences, and networking activities that reinforce team culture and client relationships. -Analyze data and insights to identify synergies across markets and align strategies to expand revenue potential. -Collaborate with Operations and HR for offer communications and documentation processes. -Plan, optimize, and manage the President’s travel to ensure cohesive market visit plans. -Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring preparation, follow-up, and timely communication. -Serve as the Social Chair for SoCal offices, organizing engagement initiatives that enhance cohesion and retention. -Conduct outreach and maintain engagement with high-value talent prospects across Retail, Capital Markets, and Industrial platforms, working with Platform Leaders. -Oversee the President’s social media presence in partnership with Marketing, strengthening brand visibility and engagement. -Represent SRS at key industry conferences (e.g., ICSC) to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities. -Serve as the Recruitment Offensive Coordinator, driving proactive talent acquisition and organizational growth strategies. -Collaborate with Finance to gather data supporting the development of proforma models for new teams or markets. -Maintain and update a comprehensive hitlist of recruitment and business development opportunities. -Collaborate with the President, COO and Market Leaders to develop and execute multi-market account strategies that drive cross-market growth. -Manage the recruitment pipeline Growth Engine using AirTable, ensuring clear tracking, reporting, and follow-through. -Collaborate with research and business development department on market research, prospecting, and competitive intelligence to identify and pursue new business opportunities across service lines. -Follow up with Market Leaders and Platform on all action items and priorities from the quarterly Business Reviews. -Develop presentation content, business messaging, and proposals aligned with the President’s strategic initiatives. -Collaborate with Marketing, Research, and Enterprise Technology teams to integrate AI tools for process efficiency.

What You Bring

-Attributes: Highly resourceful, self-directed, and capable of managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment. -Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business operations, executive support, recruiting, or strategic growth roles within a scaling organization. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate. -Industry Experience: Commercial real estate or professional services background preferred. -Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong project management and multitasking capabilities. -Technical Proficiency: Salesforce (Apto), AirTable, ArcGIS (ESRI), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI-driven tools.
