Tasks

-Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reports, work plans, and conduct inspections of worksites and equipment as required. -Provide or assist with project staffing needs -Evaluate and verify that all personnel are qualified and competent to perform assigned tasks safely and effectively. -Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and project specifications. -Maintain accurate records of work orders, work permits, and materials used on projects. -Plan and supervise layout and wiring for new installations or modifications to existing systems. -Accountability for the safety, quality, and productivity of the team’s work. -Keep work areas organized, clean, and in compliance with all safety regulations. -Assure operations meet personal accountability for safe work practices across all projects and operations. -Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot malfunctions, and utilize testing instruments to ensure electrical systems' efficiency and safety. -Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion of tasks. -Provide leadership to support SISC’s commitment to a zero-incident safe culture and zero-defect quality culture. -Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including power controls, breaker boxes, wiring, outlets, and lighting. -Review Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and specifications to define work requirements and ensure accuracy. -Enforce compliance with company, customer, and industry policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and performance. -Act as a liaison with project managers, customers, and subcontractors to promote efficient workflow and resolve any site-specific issues.

What You Bring

-Experience with using hand-tools and power tools. -TWIC Card -Skill or experience reading and interpreting diagrams such as technical drawings or blueprints. -Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. -10 years' experience in industrial electrical industry -Knowledge of the National Electrical Code published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). -Experience in overseeing and coordinating electrical teams to ensure safety and efficiency while adhering to quality standards. -Valid state motor vehicle operator's license & clear driving record to meet Company policy -Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise within the team. -High School Graduate or G.E.D -3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role -High efficiency and time management skills. -Valid Journeyman Electrician License in either Louisiana or Texas, Masters Electrician, preferred
