Tasks

-Identifying market opportunities and leading the preparation of bids and proposals -Developing design excellence across the architecture portfolio, including ensuring the technical quality of deliverables. -Serving as project lead, leading the development of architectural design from masterplans right through to construction. -Providing strategic leadership and design direction across multidisciplinary and architecture projects -Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, mentoring staff, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. -Leading architectural design for major infrastructure and development projects for government and civic clients

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success in team leadership, project delivery, and client relationship management, as well as strong technical detailing and architectural documentation experience -A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for design excellence -A good understanding of local compliance and consenting processes -Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, with at least 15+ years proven experience including leadership roles on complex, large scale projects -Experience in Revit and MasterSpec -Strong market connections in New Zealand – particularly in government and civic sectors
