Tasks

-Coordinate timelines and interdependencies across stakeholders to support successful delivery -Mentor and lead a growing planning team to deliver high-quality output and client value -Develop and manage project schedules covering full scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methodology -Review contractor and consultant schedules to ensure industry standards are met -Participate in risk workshops and support Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) processes -Lead Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions -Ensure schedules align with execution strategies including contracting, procurement and project controls -Oversee and integrate project schedules to allow visibility across various levels of detail -Define ownership of project deliverables through effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) -Establish and maintain baseline schedules and manage regular updates -Develop and implement scheduling best practices, guidelines and procedures -Provide detailed progress reports and schedule analyses to the project team and client stakeholders

What You Bring

-Proficient in Primavera P6 -Proven experience as a Planning/ Scheduling Manager on large construction or infrastructure projects -Exposure to data centre or mission-critical projects and experience with QRA is highly desirable -Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in project management, engineering or construction -Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
