Manage civil engineering contracts for water projects across Thames Valley.
-Overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction -Facilitating the growth and development of the team -Leading a team of site managers to ensure successful execution of the programme -Instilling the company culture and driving consistency across a number of schemes for the organisation -Improving awareness, compliance and performance with company standards & processes
-Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills -Knowledge of NEC3 or 4 -Understand civil engineering principles and practices -HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience -CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS -A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region -Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
-In the mid‑1970s it expanded into general building, then turned to pipelines and pumping stations in the 1980s. -By the 1990s its civil‑engineering focus deepened, culminating in the 1999 launch of a major JV partnership. -Typical projects span water infrastructure, hydroelectric power, industrial buildings, highways and coastal works. -Clients include major water companies, Environment Agency, Canal & River Trust, Rolls‑Royce, P&G and Associated British Ports. -The 2013 merger with JBA Consulting formed a new entity offering integrated low‑carbon environmental solutions.
