Tasks

-Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with client and industry standards. -Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams. -Support design teams in the use of digital tools and workflows, providing guidance and troubleshooting where necessary. -Monitor and audit model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout project lifecycles. -Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations and contractual requirements. -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of coordinated models and data. -Drive innovation in digital engineering by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and adopt emerging technologies. -Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance BIM capability and understanding.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of interoperability between software platforms and openBIM principles. -Experience managing federated models, clash detection processes, and data validation across complex projects. -Strong proficiency in tools such as Solibri and ACC, with an understanding of Revit and Civil 3D. -A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in digital delivery. -Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards including the development of associated documentation. -Experience mentoring or training others in BIM processes and tools. -Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Manager role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. -Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management practices. -Relevant qualifications in architectural technology, engineering, or digital construction, with additional BIM certifications being advantageous.
